Hi Denise, I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with my hypnosis session. The trip to Costa Rica was postponed until April. On Sunday, we went to the animal park specifically to zip-line. I did it with ease!!! I was not the least bit fearful the entire time. It was great fun and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without the hypnosis session.
